How do I upload documents?

Upload your files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud, then paste the share link in the field. Make sure the link is publicly accessible or shared with anyone who has the link.

What if I don't have insurance yet?

Liability insurance is required for all providers. We recommend getting coverage before applying. Many providers use Pet Sitters Associates or similar services.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your application has been processed.

Can I update my documents later?

Yes! Once approved, you can update your certifications and documents from your provider dashboard at any time.
